Your right to cancel
If you agree to work in your home, you have 14 days from that agreement to change your mind and cancel, without giving a reason and at no cost. You can tell us by phone, by email or in writing.
We will not start work inside those 14 days unless you have asked us to in writing — by text, WhatsApp or email is fine. If you do ask us to start early and then cancel, you only pay for the work already done up to that point.
Emergency or not, the choice is yours. Plenty of people want the aerial fixed today, and that is completely fine — we just need it from you in writing first.
